How Does The
WFB Training Program Work?
Step 1
Choose which training program is best for you.
Step 2
Complete the online enrollment form
by providing us your wedding date, fitness goals, current exercise frequency details, available
equipment, personal stats (height/weight) etc.
Step 3
Our
certified personal trainer will create your program based on the information you
provide during enrollment and deliver it to you electronically. (See below for
information on how quickly you will receive your training program.)
Step 4
Review
your program and the recommended exercise demos and contact your trainer if you
have any questions or changes.
Step 5
Get started on achieving
your wedding-day dream body!
Step 6
Receive weekly e-mail tips and workout reminders
from your trainer. Provide your workout log and feedback through our unique
Accountability System each week. Consult with your trainer as often as you need
to. When
will you receive your first workout program?
When you enroll in one of the personalized
programs, within 3 business days you will receive your first customized
workout plan, your unique password for access to the Member's Area and your
trainer's personal e-mail address.
