An important feature of any successful fitness program is to provide motivation and accountability. Our training programs include personalized weekly e-mails from your trainer to check-up on your progress, provide encouragement and motivation, and offer fitness tips. Plus, as a WFB member you have access to our online accountability system where you report your weekly progress to your trainer. This will help you stay accountable to your trainer and to YOU and will be used by your trainer to evaluate your programs weekly to ensure they are working for you. In addition, you even have the opportunity to chat live each week with your trainer.
